Prompt packs
30-day money-back guarantee. If a prompt pack isn't useful for your business, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund 100% — no questions asked. The download will be revoked.
Agent setup fees
If we miss our 48-hour setup commitment, you get a full refund of the setup fee. After setup is complete and the agent is live, setup fees are non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel any monthly subscription at any time and the renewal will stop. We do not pro-rate the current month, but you keep access through the end of the paid period.
Per-run agents (e.g. Lead Finder)
If a per-run delivery doesn't meet the spec we agreed before the run, we re-run it free or refund 100% — your choice.
